Garbage bag.

The project "The Aesthetics of Moving Air" was one of my favorite photography projects during my photography class at the design school in Munich. The goal was to capture the aesthetics of moving air, which led me to think deeply and seek inspiration.

After thorough research on the concept of moving air and existing projects, I came up with the idea to photograph something that is moved and shaped by the air. I decided to use a transparent garbage bag as the central object. With the help of my father, who assisted me, we brought this concept to life in our local area.

Garbage bag.

The most traveling object in our generation.

We selected various spots in our town that would be suitable for the shots. My father was responsible for throwing the garbage bag into the air, allowing the air to shape and move it. My task was to capture these moments of movement and formation photographically.

A special shoutout to my parents, who support my projects not only emotionally but also practically. Without their help, this project would not have been possible.

The idea of portraying a garbage bag in an aesthetic context not only produced visually interesting images but also conveyed a deeper meaning. The garbage bag, flying and being shaped by the air, symbolizes global pollution. This mundane object becomes a carrier of a message about the rapid and far-reaching spread of trash and pollution, which travel faster and further than we ever could.
